Latar Belakang :
Sebagai pemimpin mereka, Kaja mampu meningkatkan kekuatan petir dari cambuknya tersebut menjadi energi murni dan mengontrol kemampuan tersebut sesuai keinginannya, juga menghasilkan tingkat kerusakan luar biasa ke semua musuh yang dihadapinya. Ia pun kemudian ditugaskan untuk melindungi langsung sang penguasa kota.
Ribuan tahun lalu, ketika sang penguasa selesai menciptakan para penjaga Celestial Palace, ia pun pergi. Setelahnya Celestial Palace pun tak terurus dan menjadi reruntuhan. Sampai suatu hari Uranus yang merupakan ciptaan sang penguasa tiba-tiba aktif, karena terjadi perperangan yang memperebutkan Celestial Palace tersebut. Uranus pun kemudian pergi dari Celestial Palace ke Land of Dawn untuk menghentikan peperangan yang terjadi. Sang penguasa pun akhirnya memberikan tugas ke kaum Nazar untuk mengusir para iblis dari kota suciitu, dan membangun kembali Celestial Palace seperti sedia kala, sekaligus untuk berjaga-jaga kalau suatu saat sang penguasa kembali ke Celestial Palace.

The Celestial Palace is the home of the gods who used to be so crowded and guarded by the Nazar Guardians. Every devil who dares to approach this holy city will be overwhelmed by the high speed and horrific electric whips of their own that can disarm his victim's magic. No single demon can escape from the pursuit of these gods and destroy the peace which they have preserved in the Celestial Palace.
As their leader, Kaja is able to increase the lightning power of his whip into pure energy and control the ability as he wishes, as well as generate tremendous damage to all enemies he faces. He was then assigned to protect the city authorities directly.
Thousands of years ago, when the ruler finished creating the Celestial Palace guards, he left. After that Celestial Palace was not neglected and became ruins. Until one day Uranus who is the creation of the ruler suddenly active, because there is a fight over the Celestial Palace. Uranus then went from Celestial Palace to the Land of Dawn to stop the battle that occurred. The ruler finally gave the Nazar task to drive the devils out of the holy city, and to rebuild the Celestial Palace as usual, as well as in case the ruler returned to the Celestial Palace.
